CLEVELAND, Ohio — Artists from all over the country will be flocking to the East Bank of Cleveland’s Flats to participate in the Flats Festival of the Arts. This is the first year for an event of this kind in the city of Cleveland. In addition to over 150 nationally known artists selling their work, there will be over 100 performers and a wide selection of food.

Fox 8’s Kenny Crumpton met some of the artists getting ready to turn the streets of Cleveland’s Flats East Bank into a marketplace for creativity.
