Asian Slaw
Recipe from: Alex Di Iorio, Chef at Rebol
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup scallion
- 1/3 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups green cabbage
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon & 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon aleppo
- 1 tablespoon tuxedo sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
