CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) — New COVID-19 studies are learning more and more about the virus and how it affects a person’s heart. Dr. Marc Gillinov is a renowned heart surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic and also chairman of the department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Clinic. He spoke with Fox 8’s Wayne Dawson about recent news that COVID-19 can cause heart problems in patients who have never had heart issues.
