CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) For the first time since its inception in 1974, Northeast Ohio’s Regional Transit Authority (RTA) has a woman at the helm.

India Birdsong is also the RTA’s first African American CEO.

FOX 8’s Jennifer Jordan talked with her.
