GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — The Cuyahoga County Public Library is officially opening a brand new branch building.
The library is holding a grand opening for the building on Saturday, September 7, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The grand opening comes just in time for the Garfield Branch’s 90th anniversary.
The library will remain open until 5:30 p.m. following the celebration.
The new 30,000 square foot facility will include an eco-friendly building design, full service drive up window, an after school Homework Center, state-of-the-art technology and community meeting space.
