WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — Rib enthusiasts from all over northeast Ohio can celebrate the Red, White and BBQ Rib Burn Off for the second year in a row.
The second annual rib cook-off will be held in downtown Willoughby on Saturday, May 18 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. This year, 14 bars and restaurants are inviting attendees to taste their special rib recipes.
Erie Street will be closed all day for the cook-off, and the city expects at least 20,000 visitors. The event will also include live entertainment and attendees are asked to donate $1 to local military members in honor of Armed Forces Day.
