CLEVELAND — The city’s firefighters are set to begin collecting toys for needy children in northeast Ohio.

The Christmas Toy Drive is Saturday, December 14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Steelyard Commons Shopping Center. The collection will take place in front of Home Depot located across from Walmart.

Firefighters are collecting brand new, unwrapped toys as well as monetary donations to purchase toys.

Toys and donations can also be collected at all Cleveland firehouses.
