CLEVELAND — Several local community groups are hosting the annual Black History Flag Raising for the fourth decade in a row.

The 40th Annual Black History Flag Raising will be held Saturday, February 1, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will be held in the City Hall Rotunda located at 601 Lakeside Avenue in Cleveland.

The Coalition for a Better Life, Peace in the Hood, Inc., Underground Railroad, the African American Cultural Gardens and several other groups will be present at the event.
