CLEVELAND, Ohio — The beautiful weather helped draw the crowds to a celebrated cultural festival in Cleveland over the weekend.

Thousands took part in the third annual Cleveland Asian Festival at East 30th Street and Payne Avenue, where they enjoyed shopping from area vendors and grooved to the sights and sounds of local and national performers.

But it was the authentic Asian cuisine that people wanted to talk about with Fox 8 News:

The inflatable slides and Sumo costumes were a big hit with kids who attended the festival. Adults had their fun, too, with sushi and egg roll eating contests.

There was no shortage of entertainment, thanks to everything from cultural dances and martial arts, to Japanese Taiko drum demonstrations and acrobatics.

The biggest crowd gathered when the Instant Noodles took to the floor of the Dragon Stage. The nationally recognized breakdance group has been seen on TV, most recently as top 5 finalists on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew.
