Darcie Loreno

Darcie Loreno is the Digital Content Director at Fox 8 News in Cleveland.

She started her career in print journalism, reporting at a newspaper in Erie, Pa., before moving to Ohio and working at publications in Ashland and Warren, where she earned several awards for breaking news and investigative journalism.

She entered the world of TV News as an online news manager at WKBN in Youngstown, making its website Murrow-award winning and No. 1 in the region.

In 2012, she joined Fox 8 News as an associate producer and was soon promoted to producer, where she produced every newscast at the station at the time. In 2014, she became digital content producer.

Darcie studied English, journalism and psychology at Gannon University in Erie and graduated in 2003.

Darcie has spent years volunteering in animal rescue, and currently serves on the board for the Friends of the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter.
