    More than two-million pounds of taquitos are being recalled due to the risk of listeria and salmonella contamination.   • 6 children dead from adenovirus at care facility in New Jersey

    HASKELL, N.J. — The New Jersey Department of Health said it is investigating an outbreak of adenovirus at the Wanaque Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Haskell, New Jersey. According to a release on the department of health website, there are 18 cases of adenovirus among pediatric residents at the facility; six pediatric residents have died.   • Thousands remain without power; some may not be restored until Monday afternoon

    CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — Thousands of customers remain without power Sunday following Saturday’s storms. According to FirstEnergy’s outage map, at 7:00 p.m., about 3,600 customers are without power in Cuyahoga County. The cities most affected are Cleveland and Bay Village.     GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Garfield Heights police are located the missing 83-year-old man who has dementia. According to the Garfield Heights Dispatch Center, Alphonso Walker, 83, who went missing at around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, is unable to recognize his own name. As of 3:45 p.m. Sunday Garfield Heights Police Department said Walker has been located and thank everyone for their help.

    CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are looking for a suspect accused of shooting a man multiple times. According to police, the shooting happened on E. 125th St. in Cleveland at just after 3 a.m. Sunday.   • Wind causes damage at gas station in Cleveland

    CLEVELAND — We are getting a closer look at the damage from Saturday’s storms. The winds were so strong, they caused the awning at the Shell gas station on St. Clair Avenue to topple over. A gas station employee told us no one was hurt and no vehicles were damaged. Saturday’s storms brought down trees in parts of the area and also left thousands without power.  **Updates, here**

  • Four killed including infant when vehicle hits their car in Ashtabula

    ASHTABULA, Ohio — Four people including a 22-month-old were killed in a two-car crash in Ashtabula Friday night. It happened at around 11:31 p.m. on West 58th Avenue at Adams Avenue. According to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a Toyota Corolla was being driven by an 18-year-old Giovanni L. Miller of Ashtabula. In his vehicle were 19-year-old Anastiasa N.   • 185 guns turned in for gift cards at Cleveland gun buyback

    CLEVELAND — The 12th annual Cleveland gun buyback was held Saturday morning. Cleveland police said a total of 185 guns were turned in. People were told they could come to the Third District Headquarters on Chester Avenue starting at 9 a.m. Participants received gift cards for food or gas in exchange for handguns and semi-automatic weapons.     PAINESVILLE, Ohio — Painesville police are investigating a teen’s death. According to a news release posted to the Painesville Police Department Facebook page, on Friday at around 9:37 p.m., police responded to a report of a young male shot in the 500 block of Mentor Avenue.
