    MANSFIELD, Ohio — A Mansfield man faces burglary charges after a two-hour standoff with police. Guy Biggs, 34, was arrested around midnight on Saturday at his home in the 1500 block of Pear Place. Biggs is accused of stealing several guns from businesses around Mansfield on Friday.     (CNN) — Pulitzer Prize-winning author Oscar Hijuelos has died, his agent said Sunday. He was 62.     Eaton Township, OH — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a double fatal injury crash in Lorain County. It happened on Cowley Road just before 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
