Bond set at $1 million in Richland County murder

MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio– The suspect in a Richland County homicide is being held on $1 million bond.

Jordan Skoog, 28, of Belville, was charged with murder and appeared in Mansfield Municipal Court Friday morning.

Deputies were called to a house on Frontier Trail Wednesday night and found the victim dead from one gunshot wound, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office said.
