Myth or fact: High blood pressure is obvious

Today's myth or fact question is about your blood pressure. Fact or Myth? If you have high blood pressure, it is obvious.   Dr. Marc said if you answered myth, you are correct. There are no symptoms of high blood pressure. The only way to know if you have an issue is by having it checked. According to Dr. Marc, the normal range for your blood pressure is 120 over 80.
