Ohio State edged out of College Football Playoff

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State isn’t getting a spot in the top 4. In fact, the team is ending the season ranked 6th.

Here are the final rankings from the committee.

  • 1. Alabama
  • 2. Clemson
  • 3. Notre Dame
  • 4. Oklahoma University
  • 5. Georgia
  • 6. Ohio State

    The Sooners (12-1) will face No. 1 Alabama (13-0) in the Orange Bowl on December 29 and No. 2 Clemson (13-0) plays No. 3 Notre Dame (12-0) in the Cotton Bowl on the same day.
