Police: Woman blames GPS for driving on railroad tracks

DUQUESNE, Pennsylvania – Police in Duquesne responded to a call of a car stuck on railroad tracks Wednesday.

According to a police Facebook post, they found a car straddling one side of the tracks, and the driver behind the wheel.

Officers say the woman told them she was simply following the GPS instructions.

Police say the woman was sober and didn’t have any medical conditions.

The woman was cited for careless driving.
