Spinach Bacon Cheesy Quiche

1 pie crust
4 xl eggs
1 cup half & half
1 ½ cups baby spinach
6 strips bacon cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp Stownut seasoning or store bought seasoned salt

Preheat oven 400F

Roll out dough in pie pan.

Beat eggs well. Add half and half and seasoning.

Layer spinach and cheese in pie shell.

Top with bacon and egg mixture.

Bake for 25-35 minutes until slightly brown in the center. It shouldn’t jiggle!

Let it rest at least ten minutes before cutting.
