Police hand out money instead of traffic tickets in one Northeast Ohio village

DOYLESTOWN, Ohio --  Usually when you get stopped by a police officer on the road, you expect to get a ticket.

But drivers getting pulled over in the Northeast Ohio village of Doylestown got a holiday surprise they will never forget: officers handed out CASH instead of citations.
