CLEVELAND-Two years ago, a little boy named CJ saved Christmas for Cleveland.

CJ  was born with insurmountable health issues and it was his dream to become a police officer.

FOX 8 News joined forces with Cleveland police back in 2015, the Cleveland Office of the FBI and A Special Wish Foundation to make the then 6-year-old's dream of being an officer come true. He was born with a rare heart condition.

FOX 8's Suzanne Stratford sat down with CJ to get an update on how he is doing and how his story is changing the lives for other children in need.
