CLEVELAND-- Several floors of the Cuyahoga County Justice Center were closed Thursday morning because of a water tank malfunction.

Officials got word at about 5:30 a.m. that a water tank lost compression and broke on the 24th floor.

A few ongoing trials were moved to other rooms. Some without juries are still ongoing on water damaged floors.

Public works and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office immediately assessed elevators for safety.
