It's the story of a young girl who captured the hearts of Northeast Ohio and FOX 8 viewers everywhere.

Teeba was severely injured by a roadside bomb in Iraq and brought to Northeast Ohio for treatment.

Now, 10 years and 19 surgeries later, witness the medical transformation of this amazing young woman.

Coming up on May 20, there will be an event to benefit Iraq's most vulnerable children, orphans, street children, and kids by ISIS.

The 5K will take place in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
