Cities issue parking bans, close streets

CLEVELAND– As the snow continues to fall in Northeast Ohio, more cities will issue snow parking bans.

Bedford: Snow ban in effect.

Cleveland: Snow ban issued. Stopping, standing, and parking of vehicles will be restricted and prohibited on city streets with posted red and white signs until further notice.

Garfield Heights- Snow ban LIFTED, Thursday night

Hudson: Emergency snow parking ban through 10 a.m. Friday.

Maple Heights: Snow ban in effect.

Newburgh Heights: No parking snow ban effective immediately until further notice. Residents are required to move their vehicles from the streets in order to allow crews to plow.

Rocky River: No parking on city streets. Cars may be parked for no longer than five minutes for the actual loading or unloading of passengers, or of property or goods.

Valley View: Granger Road hill is closed.
