CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The U.S. Surgeon General has sounded the alarm on e-cigarettes in a new report, particularly when used by teens . The use of e-cigarettes among high school students increased 900%  from 2011 to 2015 according to the report.

Renowned Cleveland Clinic heart surgeon Dr. Marc Gillinov spoke with Fox 8's Wayne Dawson about this alarming trend and why e-cigarettes are so harmful, especially to young people.
