CLEVELAND, Ohio– A homeowner shot and killed a suspected burglar this weekend, but he’s not facing charges. In fact, a murder charge has been filed against a second suspect investigators say took part in the break-in.

Sunday evening, police say a man in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood shot and killed an intruder and wounded his accomplice. Now the accomplice is being held accountable for the killing since police say he took part in the crime that led to the death.

A murder charge has been filed against 19-year-old Antwuan Williams.

Investigators have not publicly identified the suspect killed. Sources say he had a gun. Court records show a third man was involved in the break-in too and escaped.
