CLEVELAND, Ohio — The girlfriend of Cleveland Browns quarterback Robert Griffin III alleges in a Tweet that money was stolen from their car while it was parked in players’ garage at FirstEnergy Stadium Sunday.

Griffin retweeted Sadeiko adding “smh,” but he hasn’t publicly commented.

Cleveland police say no report was filed with them on the theft, but that the Browns may be handling the incident.

The Browns said they are looking into the matter and it will be handled appropriately.

Griffin didn’t play in Sunday’s game against the Giants. He suffered a fractured bone in his left shoulder during the season opener in Philadelphia and was just able to return to practice last week.
