Cavaliers start 12-2 for first time in franchise history

CLEVELAND– The Cleveland Cavaliers dominated the Dallas Mavericks in Friday night’s win at Quicken Loans Arena. The final score was 128-90.

The Cavs were ahead by 20 at the end of the first quarter. At one point, Cleveland’s lead grew to 40.

Kevin Love, coming off his record-setting night on Wednesday, had another huge game. He went seven for nine on three-point shots, putting up 27 total points. He also had 10 rebounds and four assists.

Kyrie Irving added 25 points and made a kid’s day. (Trust us, you have to see this video.)

LeBron James 19 points and 11 assists. This was his 1,000th regular-season game.

The Cavs are 12-2 for the first time in franchise history.
