CLEVELAND, Ohio -- It was the calm before the storm at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections on Monday night.

Earlier in the day, thousands waited in long lines to cast their votes.  The early voting created traffic backups along Euclid Avenue, and a steady stream of people Monday night, dropping off early voting ballots outside the Board of Elections building.

Come Tuesday night, security will be tight with police and sheriff's deputies patrolling precincts for any unruly people.
