Cleveland police arrest 14 on night of World Series Game 7

CLEVELAND– The Cleveland Division of Police made 14 arrests during and after Game 7 of the World Series.

The arrests occurred between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 5 a.m. Thursday in the downtown area.

Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said eight of those arrests were for disorderly conduct and three were for trademark counterfeiting.

People were also arrested for assault, domestic violence and contempt of court.

With so many Chicago Cubs fans in town, there were a few tense moments. That includes a man in Cleveland gear punching a man wearing a Cubs jersey. The incident was caught on video and has been circulating on social media.
