Former Tribe pitcher Dennis Martinez to throw out Game 6 first pitch, Hunter Hayes to sing anthem

CLEVELAND – Dennis Martinez, who pitched for the Cleveland Indians from 1994-1996, including the 1995 World Series, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Tuesday’s Game 6 of the World Series in Cleveland.

Singing the National Anthem at Game 6 is country star Hunter Hayes. And Army PFC Briahna Marie Shaniuk.

Martinez, also known by his nickname “El Presidente,” was named as one of the Top 100 Indians in 2012. He was the first player from Nicaragua to play in the major leagues.
