QB Josh McCown to start in Sunday’s game vs. New York Jets

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown will start in Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.

Coach Hue Jackson made the announcement Friday.

The move comes after quarterback Cody Kessler was taken out of Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals with a concussion. Jackson said Kessler remains in concussion protocol.

Jackson said Corey Coleman is also out for Sunday’s game, and Joe Haden is listed as questionable.
