CLEVELAND- A man convicted of running scams with fake tickets is now going to prison for a year.

This morning Cuyahoga County Judge Nancy McDonnell sentenced Jesse Joe Cundall.

Months ago, the FOX 8 I-Team broke the story of Cundall busted for fake tickets to see the Cavs, Indians, even Bruce Springsteen.

The Cleveland Financial Crimes unit and Cuyahoga County prosecutors investigated and found 11 victims ripped off for $3780 dollars.

The judge also ordered Cundall to pay back everyone. Cundall's attorney said he was only a middle man delivering the tickets.

Investigators are still trying to track down the suppliers.
