CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio– Three Cleveland-area movie theaters are honoring the Cleveland Indians’ trip to the World Series in a special way.

Cleveland Cinemas will show the movie “Major League” at 7:30 p.m. on Monday at Capitol Theatre, Cedar Lee Theatre and Chagrin Cinemas. Tickets are $1.

The 1989 classic follows the misfit Cleveland Indians and their postseason push.

“Major League” stars Charlie Sheen as crazy ace pitcher Ricky Vaughn or “Wild Thing.” Cleveland fans are calling for Sheen to throw out the first pitch at Game 1 of the World Series on Oct. 25.

The actor responded on his official Twitter account saying, “I’d be honored.”
