Bag of human remains found in vacant Cleveland lot

CLEVELAND - A man looking for scrap metal in a Cleveland field discovered a bag of human remains on Monday.

The bag was found in a vacant lot at East 55th and Dibble around noon.

There is no clue yet as to the identity, race, age or gender of the person the remains came from.

Cleveland homicide detectives and investigators from the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office were called out to the lot.

An investigation into this grisly discovery is ongoing. Fox 8 and will have updates as more information becomes available.
