CLEVELAND-- Thieves got away with the ATM during a smash-and-grab on Cleveland's west side.

It happened at the Citgo on Clifton Boulevard near West 116th Street at about 5 a.m. Sunday.

The suspect drove into the store and stole the ATM. Cleveland police said the person was driving a 2006 blue Dodge Caravan with a hanging bumper.

Workers were busy covering up the damage Sunday afternoon.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Cleveland Division of Police.

Last month, 11 men were indicted in an ATM theft ring. The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office said they believe the group is responsible for 50 to 100 smash-and-grabs across Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Summit and Stark counties.
