CLEVELAND-  RTA Rapid lines were out of service because of a mechanical issue on Saturday.

Trains were being replaced by buses, while crews worked to restore service.

The green and blue lines were back in operation Saturday evening. According to RTA, the red line work will be complete Sunday morning.

The Ohio Department of Transportation said I-90 was shut down at East 9th Street for part of Saturday afternoon. I-90 east between Babbit Road and East 260th Street in Euclid was also restricted because of an accident, ODOT said.

With the Cleveland Indians playing the Detroit Tigers at Progressive Field at 4:10 and Oktoberfest at Public Square running until 11 p.m., drivers should expect delays.
