ASHLAND, Ohio– The second victim found inside an Ashland home this week has been identified.

Sources told the FOX 8 I-Team the victim is Elizabeth Griffith, of Ashland. She was reported missing earlier this month.

Two bodies were discovered on Covert Court on Tuesday after a woman called 911, saying she was being held captive. She was freed and police arrested 40-year-old Shawn Grate.

Grate appeared in court on Friday and his bond was set at $1 million. He’s charged with two counts of murder and one count of kidnapping.

The other victim was identified as 43-year-old Stacey Stanley. She was reported missing from Huron County and was last seen with a flat tire at a nearby gas station.

Authorities said Grate pointed them to a second location in Richland County, where they found the remains of a third person near a burned house.
