WARREN, Ohio– Warren police say 16 doses of Narcan were needed to revive a woman found last weekend passed out in the trunk of a car.

According to WKBN, Patricia Bloom, of Farmdale, was found halfway inside the trunk of her car at a Taco Bell restaurant. Her two children were in the back seat.

Police said there was a box next to Bloom that contained 20 hypodermic needles, a spoon and a wet cotton ball.  According to a police report obtained by WKBN, a glass crack pipe was also found.

Bloom was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia and two counts of child endangering. Her children are being taken care of by other family members.

Medical professionals told WKBN that one to two doses of Narcan are usually needed.
