CLEVELAND, Ohio — Great weather, a big win — all the makings for a great night of baseball.

But where are the fans?

According to the Indians, fewer than 12,000 people attended last night’s game against the Minnesota Twins.

Progressive Field can hold more than 35,000 people.

According to ESPN, the Indians have the third worst attendance record in baseball. This season, the team has averaged 19,617 fans per game. Only the Oakland Athletics and Tampa Bay Rays have lower numbers.
