Tuscarawas County man beaten inside home; Two suspects arrested

PORT WASHINGTON, Ohio– Deputies arrested two suspects in the beating of a Tuscarawas County man last week.

The victim told authorities he was held at gunpoint, forced inside his Port Washington home, and assaulted by a man and woman. It happened at about 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 15.

According to the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, the suspects took several guns, a TV, two wall clocks, a phone and cash. The homeowner suffered a concussion and injuries to his eye.

Deputies arrested Chaz Gillilan at a tattoo parlor and Kasey Means at her house in Coshocton on Wednesday. They will appear in court at a later date.

Gillilan and Means are charged with robbery. Investigators are working to see if more people were involved. Additional charges are possible.
