LOS ANGELES, California — Sharon Osbourne fought back tears as she talked about her rocker husband Ozzy’s sex addiction on “The Talk” on Wednesday.

“He’s been going [to] outpatient for sex addiction for the last three months and after the tour… he goes into inpatient for three months,” she said. “He’s working at it. It’s hard because it affects the whole family and it’s quite embarassing.”

“I’m proud that’s he come out and admitted it, finally,” she said.

In a statement to US Weekly, Ozzy Osbourne admtited that he has been struggling with sex addiction for the past six years.

“I am mortified at what my behavior has done to my family,” he said. “I thank God that my incredible wife is at my side to support me.”

Sharon held on to her trademark sense of humor saying that her husband “should call Tiger Woods for some advice.”

Meanwhile, Osbourne’s mistress is speaking out about her affair with the rocker.

Michelle Pugh, Osbourne’s former hair colorists, tells People magazine they had a four-year affair that was “like an old-fashioned romance.”

She said, “When I say he gave me the greatest love of my life, I mean it.”

However, Osbourne’s representative says Ozzy is sorry if Pugh “took their sexual relationship out of context” and he’s apologizing to the other women with whom he’s had sexual relationships.

Osbourne and his wife separated briefly but are back together.
