CLEVELAND – A City of Cleveland spokesperson says an ambulance worker has been suspended without pay after getting indicted on sex charges.

A Cuyahoga County court website shows that Glenn Burks was charged with Gross Sexual Imposition and Kidnapping.

The website also shows Burks had been indicted on sex charges before, but was found not guilty by a jury. Another time, the prosecutor’s office dropped sex charges.

Records show Burks is scheduled to have his first appearance before a county judge on the August 18. No attorney for him was listed on the court website.
