AKRON, Ohio -- Even though school is still a few weeks away, sleep experts say 'now' is the time to start getting our kids used to earlier bedtimes.

Dr. Jyoti Krishna, Director of Sleep Medicine at Akron Children's Hospital explained to Fox 8's Stefani Schaefer why you need to start now and why some of the beverages your child might be enjoying may actually be interfering with their sleep.
