Two injured in house fire on Cleveland’s east side

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Two people were taken to the hospital after a fire on the east side of Cleveland Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to a home in the 2900 block of East 128th Street at around 6 a.m.

An elderly man suffered smoke inhalation and was taken to the hospital. A woman was also hospitalized due to burns.
