Yan Gomes leaves Indians game with shoulder injury

MINNEAPOLIS – Yan Gomes was taken out of the Indians game against the Twins in the top of the 5th inning with a shoulder injury.

The extent of his injury is unknown at this point.

Gomes tripped over first base, awkwardly landing on his right shoulder.
