OAKLAND, CA - Remember when we were all waiting to see who won the 2016 NBA Championship? Yup. We know how that turned out, don't we?

Fox 8's morning anchors decided that this year's NBA Finals was a series worth placing a bet over. So they bet the Oakland's Fox station, KTVU, and their morning anchors on the outcome of the game.

If the Warriors won, Todd and Stefani would have had to do part of the news with a Steph Curry-inspired mouthpiece hanging out of their mouths. (Phew!)

But if the Cavs won, the anchors in Oakland had to don their Cavs t-shirts and do the iconic LeBron chalk toss.

Monday morning was the time chosen to settle the bet.

Watch and ENJOY as they pay up. And listen to what one of their anchors is predicting for the end of baseball season!!
