COLUMBUS, Ohio — Cavaliers fans didn’t just celebrate in Cleveland Sunday.

Country singer Luke Bryan was at Ohio Stadium Sunday night performing at the Buckeye Country Superfest.

He was in the middle of a song when the Cavaliers finally defeated the Warriors, 93-89, in Oakland.

Bryan stopped singing and yelled: “Hold on, stop, stop! Congratulations, Cavaliers, you’re world champions!”

The crowd went crazy.

The Cavaliers are the first NBA team ever to win an NBA title after being down 3-1. It’s the first major championship for the city of Cleveland since the Browns in 1964.

LeBron James was unanimously named MVP.

In partnership with the City of Cleveland, the 2016 Cavaliers NBA Championship parade and rally will take place in downtown Cleveland this Wednesday, June 22. Further details have not yet been released.
