CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man is facing charges for selling the heroin that Cleveland Police believe caused the death of another man.

Terry Winters has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and more.

Court records show Cleveland narcotics detectives were investigating the death of Doran Walton, a suspected heroin overdose. And police believe Winters had sold the drugs that were taken.

Court records also show investigators say Winters had more heroin days later, and police say he assaulted an officer when he got arrested.

He is scheduled to go to court Thursday morning on charges related to this.
