Twinkie Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 24 Twinkies
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
  • Chocolate syrup for topping

 

Preheat oven to 350 f

Cut Twinkies into thirds and place in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl mix eggs, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon and salt.

Pour mixture over Twinkies and mix gently (so you don’t totally break Twinkies apart).

Let stand about 5 minutes to absorb all of the moisture.

Non-stick spray a 9×13 baking dish and pour mixture into dish.

Level with the back of a large spoon and bake 35 minutes or until the top is a nice golden color. Check at 30 minutes to make sure it’s not cooking to a burn.

Top individual servings with chocolate syrup.

It’s a very sweet treat! A little goes a long way!
