LOS ANGELES, CA – Fitness guru Richard Simmons is out of a Los Angeles hospital.

TMZ reports that Simmons was released from Cedars-Sinai Saturday, one day after he was taken there because of “bizarre conduct” Friday night.

Simmons housekeeper and longtime friend called 911 after he became incoherent. Paramedics decided he needed to be medically evaluated, and he agreed to go to the hospital. He was being observed for a possible stroke, dementia or other issues.

Simmons has been out of the public eye for a few years now,  and says he’s just taking a break from life in the spotlight.
