CLEVELAND - Several local students and teens are excited to be working as interns with the Republican National Convention this summer.

Arthur likes logistics, Morgan likes international affairs and law and Jensen wants to work in politics.

"I really feel like I'm a part of something that's impactful.  Not just locally in Cleveland not just in the United States, but I feel like being here will have a global impact.

The RNC gives the interns an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a historic event.

"Obviously this is a very important event, especially for Cleveland. And the nation and I think at the end of the day we have a job to do and our job is to make sure we have the best convention possible to highlight Cleveland.
